いつもふたりの湯宿 湯花満開をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、当館が利用している宿泊予約管理システム「手間いらず」において、不正アクセスが確認され、一部の予約情報が外部に漏洩した可能性があることが、運営会社より公表されました。
現在確認されている情報では、以下の両方に該当する予約の一部について、不審なメッセージが送信されている事象が確認されています。
・2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
・2026年9月21日以降に宿泊予定の予約
漏洩した可能性のある情報には、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、宿泊日・人数・予約金額などの予約情報が含まれる可能性があります。
なお、今回不正アクセスを受けた「手間いらず」のシステムでは、クレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、カード情報は保存されていないとのことです。
今後、当館や予約サイトを装い、実際の宿泊日や予約内容などを記載した不審なメール・SMS・WhatsApp等が届く可能性があります。
以下のような連絡を受けた場合は、十分ご注意ください。

・記載されているURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・メッセージに返信しない
・指示された支払いや送金を行わない
予約内容を確認される場合は、メッセージに記載された連絡先やリンクではなく、湯花満開の公式サイト等に掲載している連絡先へ直接お問い合わせください。
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報を入力してしまった場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。

Important Notice Regarding Unauthorized Access and Potential Exposure of Guest Information
Thank you very much for choosing Futarino Yuyado Yubana Mankai.
We have been informed by the operator of the reservation management system that unauthorized access occurred to “Temairazu,” the reservation management system used by our property, and that some reservation information may have been exposed to an unauthorized third party.
According to the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:
- The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026
- The stay was scheduled for September 21, 2026 or later
The information that may have been exposed includes the guest’s name, address, telephone number, email address, and reservation details such as the stay date, number of guests, and reservation amount.
Please note that the Temairazu system affected by this incident does not handle or store credit card information. Therefore, credit card information was not stored in the affected system.
Going forward, you may receive suspicious emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or other communications impersonating our property or a booking website. Such messages may contain actual details of your reservation, such as your stay date or number of guests.
If you receive any suspicious message, please take the following precautions:

- Do not enter your credit card information or other personal information.
- Do not reply to the message.
- Do not make any payment or money transfer as instructed in the message.
If you wish to confirm your reservation, please contact Yubana Mankai directly using the contact information published on our official website, rather than using any contact information or links provided in the suspicious message.
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately.
